Our Mindfulness Meditation Coach will guide participants through the meditation process, helping them focus on their breath, thoughts, or a specific theme. Regular meditation can help employees manage stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being. It is believed to boost cognitive function, creativity, and problem-solving skills, potentially contributing to increased productivity. Group meditation can foster a sense of community and connection among employees, contributing to a positive workplace culture. Minimum participants: 5 Maximum participants: 50

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are running more than 15 minutes late and you do not contact the office, you will be considered "no show". You will not receive a refund for a no show appointment or canceled appointment within 24 hours.
