Learn hand positions and anatomy, lineage and history of Usui Reiki, the 7 Chakras, group guided meditation, receive Attunements, time for practicing Reiki on fellow classmates. Textbook and class materials included. What is Reiki? Reiki Therapy is a Japanese healing technique that promotes stress reduction and relaxation through Life Energy focusing on the Chakras, The Aura and The Meridians within the body. Your hands are simply held at each location, lightly touching or slightly away from the body. The Reiki Energy flows from your hands into the body and energy field. A Reiki session feels like a wonderful flowing radiance that surrounds and fills you with feelings of relaxation, peace and well being that also promotes healing. Reiki is often used as a complementary health practice for Western Medicine.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are running more than 15 minutes late and you do not contact the office, you will be considered "no show". You will not receive a refund for a no show appointment or canceled appointment within 24 hours.
